Anthony "Amp" Elmore is best known in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee as the "Five Time World Karate/Kickboxing Champion."  Unknown and untold Elmore defines himself as "The most dedicated person in America whose life is committed to building, American, African/American and African relationships."

American President Joe Biden held the U.S.Africa Leaders Summit in Washington D.C.   December 13-15 2022.  Elmore notes; while African leaders have visited Washington D.C. for decades, America is not a homogenous society, whereas African leaders may have visited America, at no time have African leaders  visited or communicated to African/Americans.  Elmore explains that the key to the development of American and African relationship is for America to support the growth and development of an "African/American and  African and American educational, trade, cultural, economic integration infrastructure development."

Elmore created in Memphis, Tennessee; "The Historic Made in Africa Movement." Elmore created "The 1st All African Home in America" and the birth of "The Safari Initiative" or "Styled African Furnishings Application Renaissance Initiative."

While President Biden and the United State Government  organized the "U.S. Africa Leaders Summit" Elmore is asking the Biden's Administration to come to Memphis, Tennessee to launch  "Safari Initiative" or the "Made in Africa Movement."  Elmore traveled to Accra, Ghana in 2005 and furnished his 5000 square ft home with "All African made products."  Elmore explained that the while the Africans did not have electricity, running water or a roof they were able to produce dynamic beautiful elegant African designed furnishings.

Elmore explains that in regards to African Style or purchasing African products we in America do not have a choice because African produced products are not available in America, nor is there an infrastructure to not only produce and ship African products to America there is no infrastructure designed and affable for African/Americans  and Americans to travel to Africa.

In the above movie scene Elmore notes the challenges he faced from his father regarding his involvement in the "African Movement" and his dedicated interest in Karate.

Elmore's prayer has been that he becomes a  model for youth.   Elmore was the 1st to bring both E.S.P.N. and Black Entertainment to Memphis.  While Elmore's effort of producing  Memphis 1st Independent Feature film he was never acknowledged in Memphis as a Filmmaker.  Unknown and untold iis the fact that Elmore's film is the 1st Kickboxing film made in American film history.  Elmore is the only Kickboxing champion in Film History to have his story told via an autobiographical Film.

Most important is the fact that Elmore's greatest challenges in America was his love of Karate and Africa is now one of Elmore' s greatest benefits.  Elmore's Karate film played in Nairobi, Kenya in 1990 which catapulted Elmore into what the late Kenya President Daniel is Moi named Elmore an "African Ambassador."  Elmore met with Kenya President Moi in 1992.

Elmore took groups to Kenya for over a decade.  Elmore traveled to Ghana in 1998  lead Elmore to enter "The African Import Business."   Elmore looked to make Memphis "Africa's Distribution Center" but Memphis 1st Elected African/American Mayor Dr. W.W. Herenton held a disdain for Africa. Elmore notes that the culture in holds a disdain and misconception of Africa as we note in the Tarzan movie.

The reality of the continent of Africa was unfairly characterized via the 1932 MGM movie "Tarzan the Ape Man" Starring Johnny Weissmuller.  The racist image of the continent of Africa unfairly symbolized Africa.

The reality in America and of America is "America's disdain for African whereas former American President Donald Trump called Africa "A Shithole Country."

Elmore  in 2013 met with 6 newly elected Kenya Governors and most importantly Elmore met with Sarah Obama the grandmother of U. S. President Barack Obama Jr. who told Elmore that she was also his Grandmother.

In 1990 Elmore notes that he was visited by an Ancestral Spirit in Kenya whereas he Promised to dedicate his life to building African and American Relationships. Elmore created the called "The Safari Initiative."
